At Bulk Depot LLC, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed and fulfilled, except for approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Returns, refunds, or replacements are only available if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To qualify for review, customers must report the issue within 3 days of delivery and provide clear proof, including:

  • Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • The order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible for return, refund, replacement, or review.

Return Eligibility

Approved returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Bulk Depot LLC does not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect ordering by the customer, opened products, used products, or products that are no longer wanted.

If Bulk Depot LLC requires an approved item to be returned, the item must be returned by mail and must be in the condition required by Bulk Depot LLC for claim review.

Exchanges

Bulk Depot LLC does not accept exchanges.

Approved replacements may only be issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items after review and approval.

Return Shipping

For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item claims, Bulk Depot LLC may provide a prepaid return label if the item is required to be returned.

Bulk Depot LLC does not provide prepaid return labels for any unapproved claims or for items that are not damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund or Replacement Process

If a claim is approved, Bulk Depot LLC may issue a replacement or refund depending on product availability and the situation.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

How to Report an Issue

Please contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery and include your order number, photos, and a brief explanation of the issue.
